it's complicated

Ok, so this guy's arms represent the right and left atria, his legs the right and left ventricles of the heart. He first demonstrates what a normal heart beat lis like. Then, he demonstrates every type of dysfunction in heart beat rhythm, or "arrhythmia" an unfortunate human heart can experience. Hilarity ensues. Apparently, this is an extraordinarily difficult concept to grasp, and it is basically impossible to explain this in a book. Hence, educators have to resort to unorthodox means of teaching this to students. This is one of the best:
